- Complete or document the deletion request;
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or financial obligations;
- Maintain billing and transaction records;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Resolve disputes;
- Enforce agreements;
- Protect the Services;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
- Maintain information in backups until the normal backup cycle removes it.
Information retained after deletion will not be used for unrelated marketing or ordinary active-service purposes.
Deletion of a WebpageIQ account does not automatically delete copies of information that:
- A customer previously exported;
- A form recipient received by email;
- An authorized website user copied outside WebpageIQ;
- A payment processor independently retains; or
- Another independent third party lawfully possesses.
WebpageIQ will respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and within any shorter period required by applicable law.
